Contact Support

Send an email to our support team requesting account deletion.

Provide Your Account Email

Include the email address associated with your Networkli account in your deletion request. This helps us locate and verify your account.

We'll Confirm and Process

We will send you a confirmation email and process your deletion request within 30 days. You'll receive a final confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information: Name, email, bio, profile picture, and all personal details
  • Connections: All your connections and matches
  • Messages: All conversations and message history
  • Groups: Your group memberships and related data
  • QR codes: Your QR code and connection history
  • Activity data: All app usage and interaction data

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for backup and security purposes before being permanently erased.

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

  • Take a break: You can simply log out and come back anytime
  • Adjust settings: Disable notifications or limit who can contact you
